Hello there! I wanted to take this opportunity to reach out to everyone and tell you a little about myself and why I came to the Dominican Republic and started a new life here.
I grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia and after high school I joined the United States Marine Corps and participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003 and 2004. Iraq is like a giant beach, just no water! I received an Honorable Discharge in 2005 and moved onto the next chapter in my life.

After having various jobs and travelling around and doing humanitarian work in Brazil and the Dominican Republic I settled in Mexico and worked for a law firm for a little while and worked in the real estate business as well. One thing I really enjoy is helping people that are in need so doing the humanitarian work really touched me. There is nothing like helping a child or adult learn English and seeing the smile on their face after they learn a new word or phrase, or being part of a team that builds a home for a family that suffers from poverty. Building homes for the needy and being able to provide them with things like a mattress (which they didn’t have before) is really amazing. The emotions in all of those experiences are so powerful, helping people in need is so gratifying.
I moved back to the Dominican Republic in January 2018 to pursue real estate here in this booming economy and help foreigners, like myself, start businesses and buy real estate.
Since my arrival I have become very familiar with the market in Santo Domingo, Boca Chica, Juan Dolio and Punta Cana and I have connected with reputable lawyers and real estate agents as well as real estate developers. Having the ability to help foreigners select the real estate that is best for them and teaching them about the Dominican Republic and answering all of their questions is something I really enjoy.
The property market in the DR is hot right now and the returns on a good piece of property can be well worth the investment! Having a second income is a great way to save for retirement or for a second rental property! I would love to help you purchase a vacation home in paradise!
